Grand Master Hee Il Co has been training for the last 47 years and has devoted his entire life to Taekwondo and the Martial Arts. He is truly devoted and by example is the perfect Martial Arts Master. There is no other martial artist in the world today who has traveled by invitation to as many schools worldwide to speak and teach than Grand Master Cho. A 9th degree black belt in Taekwondo and President & founder of the World wide Action International Martial Arts Association, he has sacrificed countless hours producing the most extensive training library which includes books and video tapes, ever known to the Martial Arts World. However, Grand Master  remains humble and simple in his manner, continuing to train and personally teach the martial arts daily at his own school.

Grand Master Cho began his training in Korea at the age of ten. His motivation was inspired after being beat up in a local fair by hoodlums as a young boy. Grand Master Cho received his black belt at the age of thirteen. By twenty one he had achieved Fourth Dan black belt and was selected to train the Elite Special Forces of the Korean Army. Grand Master Cho was also selected to train the special forces of the Indian Army. In 1968 he came to the United States of America, his new home.

Throughout his youth Grand Master Cho actively participated in many competitions and International championships in the martial arts and also in Boxing. He quickly gained the reputation as a fierce fighter and forms competitor. Grand Master Cho has written 11 books and produced 67 video tapes covering all the aspects of the martial arts giving the modern and open minded martial artist an opportunity to broaden his horizons. In 1980 he founded the Action International Martial Arts Association, which had thousands of members all over the globe.

Grand Master Cho has developed the reputation of being one of the leading practitioners and innovators of the martial arts community sharing his experiences through the contribution to over 50 magazine cover features. He has also appeared in Hollywood films FIGHT TO WIN, BEST OF THE BEST, BLOOD SPORT II and  BLOOD SPORT III. Grand Master Cho has also been inducted into both the Black Belt and Taekwondo Times Hall of Fame. He is a dreamer and an achiever. A real Life Hero and an Idol, one to be emulated by the youth of today.
