Nothing Much Added, just an ICQ Number...During the week I had to Remove my Ash Mp3's, Since that has happened I've successfully Obtained Permission to host Song clips, this has been officially Sanctioned. The site is also going up to version 6 soon ;)
What this means is that I'm gonna try and make it into
A 'proper' Ash Website, with lots of new features. The News section will Be about Ash as well as the site, I will try and do a lot more tabs, I have Made some ash icons, and desktop theme items....I have an Ash bootup Screen for W95....and 10Megs of new pictures, and articles, from all Around the world, and in a few different languages!. Please do some of the Ash Polls, because I'm not getting a lot of responses!

Added new articles, tabs, mp3's, icq number, pictures, polls, drum tabs with MIDI, links, tour dates. That's about it. I got the Wild Surf CD's yesterday, and I've tabbed "Stormy Waters", because it rocks supreme!. It's not typed out yet, though, but if you play...
Guitar:
Intro: G, Em, Cadd9 (or Csus2??)
The verse is pretty much the same, the chorus is:
Bb5, Dm7, G7, C7.
I think G5 and C5 chords are also played over these 7th chords.
The Solo is easy, but weird, like "All Around The World", by Oasis.
After the solo the song is transposed/modulated and the verse becomes:
A, F#5, Dadd9,
but it sounds better if you play a F#m11, like at the start of "Supersonic", by Oasis, in place of the F# Power(5)chord.

Added another ICQ Number and a Drum-Tabs Section. The Mp3's are now mostly inaccessible, as Tripod has gone and deketed them!, but I will do my very best to replace these. I also gor rid of the Javascipt counter that I had, because it took ages to load!, and I'd imagine it'd p**s off everybody!

Added a new ICQ number, organized the links section better, more links..(More Polls Soon!)
Also fixed the Low Ebb Tab
I am going to heavily upgrade the site, soonish, when I go back to university, because all the MP3's take ages to send with my 56K Modem :), so I'll use my Universities one instead, except that it's more like 56 Mb/sec, I'll add the pictures as well, and just make it better, in general. Maybe I'll add videos and Wallpaper, and Ash Icons and stuff....
Added more Mp3's, Also new tab...Low Ebb is a final version, and I have just started Death Trip 21, I fixed the polls, (thanks to Krazy Kat!), and I'm still working on certain parts of the site.
I added a lot more Mp3's and a few mew Icq Numbers, Tabs I am working on are: 1-Finishing Low Ebb, and 2-Death Ttip 21. Polls, History, and all other links except 'pictures' are now active.

I went to see Ash last Tuesday, After surviving the first two SHIT support bands Tim came on stage wielding a Light Sabre!, which he threw into the crowd....I nearly caught the damn thing. He was also wearing a skirt!,
The set was BRILLIANT but they were playing this little dirthole called the SFX, and the sound system was really crap :(

Added Frames, Something new in ICQ and Links sections. Huge updates to come during the week, including hopefully about 100Mb of Mp3's, (using my university's Ftp Server!). Lots of new sections to come...Please continue to send in your ICQ Numbers, and please send in Mp3 requests!

This really isn't news at all but if you are reading this then it means that I have been able to update my site from behind the universities firewall. I logged into our e-mail server and then started up a unix shell and if you are reading this, then I have been successful. This also means that I will be able to update at will and as necessary!, also please more people click on the ads. I really want to be able to run competitions with the proceeds. All that happens is that you get redirected to a different page, you *DONT* have to do anything else. You don't have to buy anything and you dont have to look at anything else..so far i have received one dollar and the first prize I intend on putting up is the 7-inch vinyl of Wild-surf, possibly with a t-shirt or the cd/tape single. In order to do this you must click on the ads though....I know it's a pain but it'll be worth it, also I promise to publish my deatils in which I see how much money I have received, because this isn't for profit.

Sorry to disappoint everyone again but I don't have the Low Ebb tab typed out on computer yet, although I have it down on paper. Death Trip 21 is coming soon aswell. Daily updates are also now a reality as I have found out how to bypass my University's firewall, hopefully I won't be expelled ;)
I've added a few links, an ICQ number and redesigned a bit, actually the site is going to undergo a re-vamp pretty soon.
Also you will have seen the Ad's on the site. These are so I can make some money in order to run competitions in the future.
PLEASE, PLEASE, even if you don't have much interest, click on the ad's. If you do so there will be goodies to win soon in the form of Cd's, 7" Vinyls and T-Shirts etc...

Nothing Much to add this week. I fixed the multitude of broken links that were bugging up navigating the site. I've added a new ICQ number and a number of Mp3's. I'm sorry for not having more songs tabbed, but I'm really far too busy in University. All I can say is that I will try my best to get a few done this week, which I very well may be able to do. I have a number of corrections to add to the old tab also, including "Dancing on the Moon".
The "Pictures" link *should* be activated tomorrow, hopefullly

I've added a new forum, because the one i added 2 days ago was vey confusing to use. There will definitely be 3 or 4 new songs tabbed for next saturday. If I get any more icq nos. during the week i'll put them up during the week also.

I'm not going to put the new tab up today, because after seeing Richard Averill's Uncle Pat Tab, I've decided to do future Tab far more professionally. I Have added some Articles, all from Irish Newspapers, so you might not have seen them before. Also a slightly new look...
The Mp3 archive link will not be activated for a while, because i need about 100Mb of webspace, anyone know where i can get some????

I suppose the best thing that has come this update is the addition of the new "Uncle Pat Tab", that was transcribed, in Full, by Richard Averill, also I should have 2 or 3 new songs up tomorrow...
I have also added a forum, for you to talk about ash, I've added a link and also 2 new ICQ nos. I'm also still working on loads of Mp3's.....

Sorry For not Updating this site in ages!!, I'm in college now, and still getting used to the computers there. Hopefully when i figure them out, I can update very regularly. Check back soon for the Tab of "Low Ebb", which will not include the solo, sorry :(

I'm currently working on some Jesus Says B-sides, still awaiting the new album, thanks to a request, i've roughly tabbed "Dancing on the Moon".
I never thought of that before but you can request some songs, if you wish.
It says on my hit counter that over 600 people have been here and only ten have signed the guestbook, you vould leave requests here, or anything else. Follow the link at the bottom of the main page to sign. I've also made the Lyrics-Music page easier to download by lowering the quality of the pictures. Also i have heard a real-audio clip of "Low Ebb", the new song. It kicks ass :)
I have also added a new link, to infectious record's ash site. Also i have reduced the quality of every image on the site, so the pages will display as fast as possible.

I got Jesus Says yesterday, both CD1 & 2. Some of the B-sides surprised me a lot because the dont exactly sound like Ash songs. My personal favourite of all these new songs, including "Jesus Says" would have to be "heroin, Vodka, White noise", it is so dark, slow, and moody and it has an evil nagging bass-line. All the songs seem to be written by Mark Hamilton aswell. My opinion of him, as a bassist and songwriter has rocketed lately, to say the very least. Charlotte's song has a cool but weird intro. Its not in the ash vein, but it is a cool song in it's own right. Ash have certainly matured since their last release. Not everyone will like it but, if you can, go get these cd's now, if you dont you'll regret it!.
Expect the first of the tab soon, jesus says is already under "nu-clear sounds".

The advertisement of this website took one step closer today with the help of a friend, R-ZRBT. He kindly told me all the stuff I was doing wrong so I am having to re-write the site. It should be ready in a few days, though.

I had an Idea the other night that it would be cool if we were to set up a Network of Ash Fans over the ICQ network. We could all precede our names with AF- ,which would distinguish ourselves from the rest of the crowd. I'm sure you all know what ICQ is, but if you dont, go and download it now!. It is a program that lets you send instant messages to each other. We could use it to tell each other all the latest Ash News. Please submit your ICQ Nos. to me and I will post them on the Website, please include any details you find relevant, maybe preferred language, etc.
