THE LARGE LOUNGE; with its open fire, ample comfortable seating, coffee table, soft lighting, multi-channel television, video and surrounding views is a warm and relaxing place to spend your evenings after a day of touring and sight seeing.

THE KITCHEN; is well fitted to include a ceramic hob, built in oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, slow cooker, food processor, a good supply of pots, pans, cutlery, baking utensils and kettle. The adjoining utility room is equipped with a freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and an additional sink.

THE DINING ROOM, has ample seating for eight adults at the large pine table. A pine dresser has additional cutlery, table mats and tableware. Relax here over a cup of coffee and enjoy the panoramic views through the patio door Southwards over the atlantic ocean, or Eastwards over the valley, its salt marsh and the village of Barryroe.

THE MASTER BEDROOM ensuite, is tastfully decorated with king size bed, a pine chest of drawers, wardrobe and headboard. Duvet and co-ordinated decor, cane easy chair. The ensuite has an electric shower, toilet, wash basin, and shaving socket. The low set velux windows allow for breathtaking views over Clonakilty Bay and Dunmore Head.

THE REMAINING BEDROOMS; consist of a single room upstairs along with one double and single room downstairs. These rooms, similiar to the master bedroom, are decorated to a high standard.

THE MAIN BATHROOM; is located on the ground floor and is fitted with a full suite, including bidet and a separate shower over the bath. A razor socket is included in the vanity unit.

THE GARDEN; is a half acre of landscaped space, surrounded by natural stone and sod walls. There is ample parking for 4 cars and the detached garage is available for the storage of bikes, roof boxes etc. There is a patio area on the South side of the house and garden furniture is supplied. There is a gravel area with a childrens swing(10 years max), climbing frame and adjoining sand pit.
