The son of ex-Irish international John Herrick, Mark signed from Galway United in January, 1997, after they beat Cork in the league cup final. Previously a player for Raith Rovers in Scotland, Mark is a playmaker supreme, grafter and free-kick specialist. A tough tackling midfielder, his City career has unfortunately been too often disrupted by injury.
