DID YOU FORGET?

Have you forgotten about your three important appointments?

APPOINTMENT NO.1
"It is appointed unto men once to die."
( Hebrews 9 v 27 )

"The days approach when you must die," ( Deuteronomy 31 v 14 )

"There is but a step between me and death." ( 1 Samuel 20 v 3 )

"All go to one place; All are from the dust and all return to the dust."
( Ecclesiates 3 v 20 )

" What man can live and not see death, or save himself from the power of the grave."( Psalm 89 v 48 )

So, no - one has power over the day of his death." ( Ecclesiastes 8 v 8 )

" Only a few years will pass before I go on the journey of no return."
( Job. 16 v 22 )

" Then man goes to his eternal home and mourners go about the streets."
( Ecclesiastes 12 v 5 )
DID YOU FORGET?
Have you forgotten that God has already arranged your next appointment for you?

APPOINTMENT NO.2
"It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement"
(Hebrews 9 v 27 )

" For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ."
( 2 Cor. 5 v 10 )

" - The day of God's wrath, when His righteous judgement will be revealed."
( Romans 2 v 5 )

"They will have to give account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead." ( 1 Peter 4 v 5 )

"For we will all stand before God's judgement seat." ( Romans 14 v 10 )

"-The Lord will judge His people.-It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." ( Hebrews 10 v 30, 31 )

"Do you think you will escape God's Judgement? " ( Romans 2 v 3 )

DID YOU FORGET?
Have you forgotten that God will personally tell you on judgement day, about your next appointment?

APPOINTMENT NO.3
All who die unrepentant will be cast, body and soul into HELL, where they will suffer conscious, everlasting punishment for sin.

"Then He will say to those on His left,'Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.' "
( Matthew 25 v 41 )

"They - shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone."
( Revelation 21 v 8 )

" And be thrown into the fire of hell."
( Matthew 18 v 9 )

" Where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."(Matthew 13 v 50)

" And the smoke of their torment ascends up for ever and ever; and they have no rest day nor night."
( Revelation 14 v 11 )

DID YOU FORGET?
Have you forgotten that God has prepared a place of everlasting joy for all who have repented of their sins and put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, believing He suffered and died on the cross as their substitute, paying in full the penalty for the guilt of their sin? For them,
APPOINTMENT NO.3
Is in HEAVEN.

"Then the King will say to those on His right, 'Come, you who are blessed by My Father, take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.' "
( Matthew 25 v 34 )

"To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you"
( 1Peter 1 v 4)

"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." ( 1 Corinthians 2 v 9 )

"Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them."( Hebrews 11 v 16 )
DID YOU FORGET
To prepare for your appointments?

HOW can you prepare?
What must I do to be saved?"
"BELIEVE on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved." ( Acts 16 v 30, 31 )

They must turn to God in REPENTANCE
and have FAITH in our Lord Jesus "
( Acts 20 v 21 )

"This righteousness from God comes through FAITH in Jesus Christ to all who BELIEVE." ( Romans 3 v 22 )

WHEN CAN YOU PREPARE?
Come NOW, let us reason together, says the Lord, Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; Though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." ( Isaiah 1 v 18 )

"We urge you not to receive God's Grace in vain - I tell you, NOW is the time of God's favour, NOW is the day of
SALVATION." ( 2 Corinthians 6 v 2 )
