I decided on
a change of colour for this weeks lesson, I was getting a bit fed up with the
dark background. Would you like to know how I got the black background under
the headings? It was done with a style sheet. I'm still practising with a free
program called TopStyle Lite and it's available from Bradbury at http://www.bradsoft.com
or click on the TopStyle Lite logo.
Another program that I've found every good is Evrsoft 1st Page 2000. This was recommended by Zonie on the bulletin board about two weeks ago. It's a really fantastic HTML editor that has loads of features, most of which I'm still trying to get a grasp of. I can't believe that software as good as this is free of charge. If anyone's interested here's the link.
A
man who was trying to understand the nature of God, asked him: "God, how long
is a million years to you?"
God answered him: "A million years is like a minute to me."
The man then asked: "God, how much is a million dollars to you?" God replied:
"A million dollars is like a penny to me."
Finally the man asked: "God, would you give me a penny?"
God answered him,
"In a minute."
I'm taking a break now, and I'm having a nice cold beer.
