I don't usually like web pages with background music, in fact I rarely turn my speakers on. Occasionally I listen to music as I'm working on the computer. One site I do like is The Perfect Storm it's very loud but the sound effects blend in well with the content, I think that it's very well done.

Irish harpers were known throughout Europe as early as the 12th century. The most celebrated of these was the blind harper Turlough O'Carolan who composed about 200 songs on varied themes, many of which were published in Dublin in 1720. This tune is The Foggy Dew.
