A late-comer to the music scene, having only taken singing seriously once her family was reared, Yvonne was always able to get to the heart of a song. She possesses a certain appeal in her voice that seems to reach out and touch the heart strings of those who listen to her.

Yvonne initially performed at local concerts and competitions before eventually joining a band in 1993. Barrowside had two albums to their credit and numerous trips abroad before disbanding. Having featured on two compilation albums on the Round Tower label, Yvonne is now enjoying a solo career.
