Start at the car park at The Turntable, south of Tipperary town, grid ref. R 885 309. Head east, by the statue at the corner. After 2km, take a left to climb up over the ridge and down to a car park, across the road, along the fire road to the end, up to the top of the hill and right onto a trail back to the car park, then east again, crossing a minor road and down to another car park by the main road. Return via the track further south as shown. You might see a mountain goat or two up here.
