European Schools Link
Since 1994 St Fanahan's has been involved in a unique European Schools Link involving schools in Berlin, Greve in Denmark, Le Mons in France, Lagan College in Belfast and St Mary's Grammar School in Magherafelt, Derry. Regular e-mail contact is maintained between the groups and exchange visits are a feature of the programme.
Co-Operation North
St Fanahan's has been involved in a special way with two Northern Ireland schools, St Fanchea's Secondary School, Enniskillen and Coleraine Secondary School. The three schools have shared trips and tours together and paid a historic visit to the Dail immediately before the Good Friday Agreement , where they met with the Taoiseach, Mr Bertie Ahern.

Saint Fanahan's has been a regular participant in the Examiner Quiz and has built up quite a reputation.
Charitable Fund Raising
Our school is involved in fundraising for many good causes including: St. Vincent de Paul, Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children, Crumlin, Lourdes Pilgrimage Fund, Amnesty International, Irish Youth Federation, Irish Heart Foundation
