Esat Digifone is part of the Esat Telephone Company There Motho that they used when they came out was "Customer Care comes first" which they have keeped up . They have A great Customer Support team.

There Network is very realilible & better then Eircells in my opinion because It was Started from scratch & have lots of masts in good places in Ireland so that the coverage is good in rural parts of Ireland .

Esat has a always does things to help  the consumer they brought out free internet access before Eircom , they brought around cheaper phone rates them Eircom because they do per sec. billing compared to Eircoms you pay the first unit then you pay per sec. billing.And have  flate rate internet access which Eircom have not introduced .
Esat Digifone let people who had cardphones send sms's for 10p first , then Eircell followed & Digifone haft there call charges then Eircell followed .I think Eircell is there to make as much as possible & Digifone is there for the consumer.

The customer Care Staff at digifone are the nicise customer care staff i have talked to whenyou get on the line they ask you if you have a problem in a friendly way & will try to solve your problem  , they explain everything in detail & try to educate you as well as solving the problem if they can't solve it they would ring you back .Because of Esats motho "Customers come first" I think they but in the effert to educate there customer care staff so they can handle the staff.

Digifone do not ban any numbers such as some freephone numbers ,reverce charges & primium numbers which Eircell do .
By doing this digifone has given there costomers more freedom with there phone.
